Welcome to an exciting 2011-2012 school year at Manning Oaks!  We are excited to see the return of many familiar faces, as well as embrace our new families.  You are in for a great year!

The PTA is a Parent and Teacher Association, which nationally, has been around for 115 years!  We run an active PTA here at Manning Oaks.  We financially support many of the academic programs at the school such as Accelerated Reader, Science Labs, International Night, Music, Art and Health curriculums, and so much more.  Additionally, the calendar is full of fun activities for the whole family.  Our fundraisers make all this possible, and we know we can count on your support!

30 years of research has shown--time and time again--that children do better when their parents are involved in their schools. Grades and test scores climb. Self-esteem grows and schools improve. Your membership in the PTA is a small, but very important, contribution to the Manning Oaks community. Your membership does not commit you to extra volunteer hours or extra donations. We hope that you will take the time to join....simply because it is important.

The PTA mission is to make every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children.  Together, we can build an extraordinary partnership, all for the benefit of your child.
